The new logistics center will include an automated warehouse, a manual picking warehouse, as well as office and welfare facilities.

Building Design:

• Automated and Manual Storage: The building will accommodate an automatic goods handling system, along with areas for manual handling of goods.
• Facades: Constructed with concrete elements and insulated steel panels. The roof will be flat, covered with roofing felt, and prepared for a fully integrated solar panel system.
• Interior Layout:
  • Ground Floor: Includes workshop, loading area, and various technical rooms.
  • First Floor: Features changing rooms and a canteen.
  • Second Floor: Office facilities.

Office Areas: The office spaces will use materials in Nordic design, with light-colored wall and ceiling surfaces, and flooring consisting of carpet, wooden floors, and tiles.

Goods Handling System: The building will be equipped with an automatic goods handling system (Autostore), provided as a client-supplied delivery, and areas with pallet rack storage.

Outdoor Areas:

• Parking and Maneuvering: Parking areas for staff, maneuvering areas for transport and logistics, and a small public park with a pond.

DGNB SILVER Certification: The project will be completed with a strong emphasis on sustainability and is targeted for DGNB Silver certification.
