The project involves the construction of an administration building, showroom, and production and testing facilities.

Administration Building:

• Ground Floor: Includes meeting rooms, showroom, kitchen, offices, changing rooms, and restrooms.
• First Floor: Contains offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, and printer/technical rooms.

Production Building:

• Ground Floor: Features production areas, storage rooms, and a metalworking area.
• First Floor: Includes additional storage rooms and a ventilation room.

The production building will have a single story with a mezzanine deck at one end.
